Property Description This hotel was founded in 1827, a period where the Samurai has lived. There is a story that the god appear in first owner's dream and told a place to visit. When the first owner follow the god's word and visit a place, a lot of hot spring water was gushing out from the ground. Because this hot spring water leave skin soft and smooth the first owner let neighbors soak in this hot spring and it soon became very popular and crowded with people. Over the past 180 years this hot spring ( alkaline sulfurous spring ) was loved by lot of guests. Now this hotel is run by 9th owner and even now, hotel features a atmosphere of the Samurai period. It takes 40-minutes from Hanazono Interchange on Kan-etsu Expressway.
