Please be mindful of noise levels between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please also be especially careful when using the open-air bath and with the windows open. This facility requires self-check-in. The facility will send you information about the facility via the Rakuten Travel message function between the day of your stay and one week before. This information will include all check-in instructions. Even if you are paying on-site, if a cancellation occurs that incurs a cancellation fee, we will have to process the payment by bank transfer, so please be sure to contact us.
