Property Description Over 300 years since the establishment in the 4th years of Genroku era ( 1691 ), Sekizenkan Hotel has been in business as a therapeutic bath accommodation in Shima. It is the oldest existing hot spring hotel in Japan, whose building is designated as an important cultural property of Gunma prefecture. While we keep healing hundreds of travlers as a therapeutic bath accommodation, the red Keiun bridge that leads to the hotel is recognized as a model in the movie 'Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi' ( English title: Spirited Away ). Enjoy the nostalgic scenes that would make you feel as if you are in old-time Japan. Property Access From Nakanojo Station on Agatsuma Line takes 40-minutes by bus. Get off at last stop and 25-minutes by car. Shibukawa-Ikaho Interchange to Route 17 to Route 353 takes about 60-minutes (39 km).
