Sixty Years of Fish Knowledge

🐟Run by Hirai Sengyo, a fish shop of more than 60 years, so the catch comes straight off the boat.
🍽Each seasonal fish is prepared by hand and served as kaiseki.
🌊Seafood landed at nearby ports such as Tsuiyama takes the leading role.

Tsuiyama Crab, Star of Winter

🦀Only the liveliest, highest-grade Tsuiyama crab makes it to the table.
🍲Served as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, grilled, and more.
❄️From November to February, matsuba crab, nodoguro and white squid follow in turn.

Three Private Baths

🛁There is no large communal bath; instead, three private baths are free to use without reservation.
🚢Shiosai has a hinoki boat tub, Goten a cave-like rock bath, and Isone a carved stone tub.
🕒Open 15:00 to 23:30, and again 6:30 to 9:00 in the morning.

Stone, Cave and Water

🪨Isone is a semi-open bath carved from a single block of stone, soft to the touch.
🕳Goten is built of stacked basalt like a grotto, with light filtering through a stork stained-glass window.
🔒Lock the door from the inside and the bath is entirely yours.

A Different Bath in Every Room

🌙The special rooms Hatsune and Utsusemi are hanare-style with their own open-air baths.
🛏Utsusemi is a Japanese-Western room with a coffered-ceiling bedroom and a bar counter.
🌿The twin Japanese-Western room has a private tub looking onto a small inner garden.

Property Description Kinosaki Onsen Fugetsu Gyosho is located in Toyoka and about 15-minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station, near Kinosaki Onsen and Yumura Onsen.
