Property Description Iwamura Sanso is a castle like inn that stands on the ruins of Iwamura Castle, one of the three great mountain castles of Japan. Everything about this inn will make you feel like you are in a real Japanese castle-even the food. The inn's specialty is Sengoku cuisine, hearty dishes from the Warring States period grilled over the hearth, featuring local vegetables, beef, and fish.
