Reachable only by boat, this solitary inn deep in the Shogawa Gorge offers a day of true seclusion in open-air baths wrapped in old-growth forest and clear running water. Gorge-facing rooms and seasonal Toyama kaiseki complete a journey unlike any other.
This inn is in a secluded area which can only be reached by getting on the Shogawa Yuransen ferry at the Komaki Dam. *There are a limited number of trips in a day, so please check the schedule in advance.
