🦀The owner, a 30-year veteran fish-market broker, hand-selects the crab every single day

Seasonal Seafood and Local Ingredients

🦑In summer (June–August), whole translucent live squid served as ikazori is a signature treat
🐟Abalone, turban shell, and white shrimp landed at the Kasumi and Shibayama ports reach the table
🍚Rice and vegetables the owner grows himself, plus locally raised Tajima beef, complete the local-to-table spread

Onsen — Kasumi Onsen Main Bath
