Seasonal vegetable kaiseki

The kaiseki menu changes monthly and uses 65 to 80 ingredients, centered on local seasonal vegetables. Each course ends with 100% buckwheat soba made from stone-ground flour.

Five distinct rooms

There are only five rooms, each with its own layout and mood: four Western-style rooms with living areas and antique furniture, and one ground-floor Japanese room with tatami beds.

In-room open-air baths

Every room except E Room has its own open-air bath, filled with natural black silica stone from Hokkaido.

Two private baths

The large garden open-air bath 'Senshin' can be reserved in 50-minute slots. The indoor bath 'Kawasemi', with kingfisher stained glass, is free to use whenever it is vacant.

About 20 min on foot from Nogami Station (Chichibu Railway); station pickup on request when booking. Free parking for 6 cars
