The five IRORI villas serve dinner in the room at an irori table, where charcoal-grilled dishes are finished in front of you. Their indoor baths feature projection-mapping lighting.

Live kitchen at Ryotei Ai-Oi

The Center House restaurant Ryotei Ai-Oi has a live kitchen with charcoal and straw-fire grilling. Kaiseki menus feature Ise-Shima ingredients such as spiny lobster, abalone and Matsusaka beef.

Shaguji Onsen in every room

The in-room baths are filled with Shaguji Onsen water sourced in Nanakuri. It is an alkaline spring, nearly clear and odorless. There is no large communal bath.
