The building holds two identical, independent units, each with its own entrance and garden. Inside: an airy living-dining room, tatami space, full kitchen, washer and gas dryer, and a bath using artificial hot-spring water.

Private garden and BBQ

Each unit's garden can be used for a paid BBQ set (reserve in advance), and an outdoor shower rinses off sand after the beach. On clear nights you can stargaze from the garden.

Red tiles from the island

Red roof tiles and coral stones salvaged from demolished old Ishigaki houses were reused here, and the shisa on the roof was made for the property with Kabira-yaki potter Rinka.

Free baby gear rental

Baby cot, stroller, high chair and baby tableware are lent free of charge on advance request (limited quantities).
