Two baths that alternate daily

Guests alternate each day between two bath areas, Shizuka-no-Yu and Haruka-no-Yu, each with an open-air bath and a large indoor bath. The water is a sodium chloride spring, and one open-air bath has a hot rock pool and five cooler pot baths.

Toyama Bay jewel-boat kaiseki

One dinner course serves fresh Toyama Bay seafood on an individual boat-shaped platter for each guest. Seasonal firefly squid, yellowtail and white shrimp appear alongside local dishes such as kelp-cured sashimi.

Satoyama breakfast

The breakfast rice is grown by a local partner farmer. Two miso soups, one from the mountains and one from the sea, change monthly with the season.
