HIGHLIGHTS

What makes it special

A hotel two minutes from JR Shimizu Station, rooted in a 1948 inn and known for its breakfast curry

Signature breakfast curry

The breakfast buffet is built around a vegetable-packed 'morning curry' made without animal fat. It also serves an original soy-milk pork soup developed for a pro football team, plus cold-brewed Shizuoka green tea.

Welcome drinks and amenity bar

From 15:00 to 22:00, guests can enjoy free welcome drinks in the ground-floor lobby, including local Shimizu sake, wine and coffee. Toiletries are self-serve from the lobby amenity bar.

Getting there: 2-minute walk from the west (Ejiri) exit of JR Shimizu Station; about 11 minutes (3 stops) by JR from Shizuoka Station
Best for: Travelers wanting a station-front base for Shimizu Port and Miho no Matsubara, and anyone who values a good breakfast
