Four Atema hot spring baths

The resort's four baths use brown, alkaline (pH 8.9) Atema hot spring water: the Furusato no Yu public bath with its hinoki-cypress outdoor bath in the main building, Utsukushi no Yu on the annex's 7th floor, and the private family bath Hinoki no Yu.

Log cottages under the stars

Two-story, 94㎡ Finnish log cottages sleep up to six. On clear nights you can watch the stars through the skylight, and staff will drive you to and from the main hotel building.

Carnelia: cottages for dogs

The dog-friendly Carnelia cottages come in three types (Premium, Como and Natura), and the Premium and Como buildings each have a private dog run.

Three choices for dinner

Choose between Cosmos, a Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet; Iris, serving set courses built on Niigata produce; and Buna, for seasonal Japanese cuisine.
