One floor, one group

There are just two rooms, ITADAKI on the 4th floor and Akane on the 3rd, each a condominium-style unit that gives a single group the entire floor. Booking both rooms sleeps up to 8 adults.

The Sea of Japan and the Yumigahama Peninsula lie in front, Daisen's north face behind, and on clear days you can see the Oki Islands. The 4th floor has a view bathroom and the 3rd a semi-open-air ceramic tub (not hot-spring water).

Each unit has a 3-burner IH stove, a Balmuda toaster, a rice cooker and Shussai-gama tableware, and you are free to bring your own food and drinks. Dinner is not served, but staff can book partner restaurants nearby.

Base for hiking and skiing

It sits at the entrance to the Daisen-ji approach, right next to the Hakuroza parking area used by most Daisen visitors, close to the trailheads and ski slopes. The Goen Yuin day-use hot spring is a 3-minute walk away.
