The New Greenpia Tsunan Ski Resort sits directly behind the hotel, so the slopes start the moment you step outside. Main Building Western-style twins are on floors 6 to 8 and look out over the slopes.

7th-floor open-air baths

The East Wing's 7th-floor hot spring baths have men's and women's open-air baths and saunas, with views of fresh greenery, autumn leaves or snowy slopes. The Main Building has another large bath on the 3rd floor with a sauna and cold plunge.

Outdoor fun on the plateau

An 850 m roller luge with a felt speed of up to 100 km/h, go-karts, tennis courts, field athletics, a dog run and a campground are all on the grounds.
