Dinner features Tottori wagyu sukiyaki, sashimi from Sakaiminato and Daisen soba, made with local ingredients and vegetables from the family's own farm. A Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) course is available on request when booking.

Hikers' 'bomb' rice balls

For early starters, the inn packs a large rice-ball lunchbox filled with salmon, shiso kelp and pickled plum in place of breakfast. Extra boxes can be ordered for lunch.

Bath after the climb

The bath uses 'Science Ceramic' treated water, and guests can bathe free of charge after hiking or skiing, even after check-out. Luggage can be left near the front desk.

In Daisen town, Tottori — about 15 minutes by car from Yonago IC to the Daisen-ji area; buses from JR Yonago Station and Yonago Airport are very infrequent
