One room per floor

From the 4th to the 14th floor, each floor holds a single guest room, 11 in total. The minimalist, all-white spaces were designed by architect Shinichi Ogawa.

A champagne house in every room

Each of the 11 rooms is created with a different champagne maison, whose world is expressed through art and decor. Press the 'Champagne Please!' button on the room phone and a trolley of the day's selection is brought to your room.

Anytime bath

Every room has an 'Anytime Bath' kept filled at a comfortable temperature, so you can soak whenever you like.

Sushi counter and lounge

The 2nd floor houses AWA SUSHI, a 10-seat reservation-only sushi counter, and the 3rd floor has AWA Lounge & Bar for champagne.
