Sauna by Kengo Kuma

Takigahara Sauna, designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates, is built from local stone and timber, with a mountain spring-water cold bath and a natural stream on the grounds for cooling off. Private sessions are reserved in advance at a separate charge.

Takigahara egg breakfast

Breakfast is served every morning to guests, featuring eggs from the free-range chickens on site and local vegetables. A chef's choice dinner is available with a reservation at least two days ahead.
