A saw-maker's townhouse

The building originally produced saws and was the last saw-sharpening (metate) shop in Kamiichi. Classic machiya features such as the shopfront, tsuboniwa courtyard and storehouse remain.

Food-dyed bedding

Bed linens include FOOD TEXTILE fabrics dyed with food that would otherwise be discarded; ROOM1 uses red turnip and ROOM2 blueberry.

Workation spaces

Guests can freely use the tatami room, desks by the kitchen and two private meeting booths, with a monitor, projector and screen available.

Shared kitchen

A shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, tableware and seasonings lets you cook for yourself.

Getting there

6-minute walk from Kamiichi Station on the Toyama Chiho Railway (about 25 min from Dentetsu-Toyama Station)
