Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya

A 60-year-old Japanese house turned guesthouse, 5 minutes' walk from Kawaguchiko Station

Showa-era Japanese house

A purely Japanese-style building over 60 years old with a traditional irimoya hip-and-gable roof. Low ceilings and creaking wooden floors keep the feel of an old Japanese home.

Small private bath

Along with three shower rooms, there is a small bath you can reserve for yourself or your group. A shared kitchen and fridge are also available.

Mt. Fuji from the terrace

On clear days you can see Mt. Fuji from the terrace.

Getting there

5 minutes' walk from Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyu Line; 10 minutes' walk to the lakeshore

Best for
