It sits in jungle along the Fukido River inside Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park. There are only two tent sites, and the whole property can be booked privately.

5m cotton bell tent

Each site has a 5m-diameter cotton one-pole tent with two queen beds, plus an outdoor living deck under a tarp and its own outdoor kitchen. Stays are room-only, so you cook your own BBQ or camp meals.

Permaculture farm and kamado

The grounds are designed around permaculture, aiming for people and nature to live together. There is a vegetable and fruit garden, and a brick kamado stove for cooking rice over a wood fire.

A forest that changes by season

From late March to early May, Yaeyama-hime fireflies glow after sunset, and in June the sagaribana forest on the grounds blooms at night. Mangrove kayaking and sabani sailing tours can be booked separately.
