Property Description Welcome to Guest House KURA in Suzaka city, Nagano. This is an authentic traditional Japanese guest house built more than 100 years ago. It is renovated in 2012 in a way that retains the building's Japanese quaint atmosphere. All rooms come in Tatami style and feature traditional Futon beds. Guest House KURA is the only budget hostel that will bring you back in time to experience the ancient Japan. We invite our guests to relax in our cozy lounge, enjoy meeting with other guests from all over the world, and our neighbors. We are always happy to help you whatever you need. Property Access 15 minute walk from Suzaka station. Direction from Suzaka station: [1] Turn left after passing through the ticket gates and go down the stairs to the street level. [2] Walk straight along the left side of the main road which starts with the gate named 'Ekimae Suehirokai'. You will see the gate above the road where cars pass through. [3] After passing the convenience store 'LAWSON' on your right, and shrine on your left, turn right at Haruki-machi Minami intersection. Approximately 10 minute walk from the station to the intersection. [4] Go straight down this street and pass two traffic lights. Walk little bit more and you will soon see our hotel on your right / From Nagano station: Take Nagano Dentetsu Line, also known as Nagaden, bound for Suzaka, Shinshu-Nakano and Yudanaka.
